Jeff,

If you mount it behind the "D" window or even under the baggage bay, you had 
better always carry a screwdriver to access it if needed. And hope you are in 
a condition and have the time to use the screwdriver.
I mounted mine on top of the baggage bay behind the left-hand seat. Simply 
flip the latch and take it with you.
