If your talking about your transponder antenna then I had to move my 
transponder antenna from behind the bulkhead.  I had a spike antenna mounted 
to a 150 x 150 ground plane, but I would often get complaints from ATC when 
I was flying towards there facility.

I installed a Bob Archer antenna behind the mass balance weight assembly as 
far back into the tail cone as I could get it and I haven't had any 
complaints since.
