Ferg,

Don't waste your money buying anything.  Just get a small scrap of flat
steel about 1/4" thick.  Drill two holes in it and weld a half link of a
chain to it to form an upside down "U".  In 5 minutes you will have a
perfect fitting for lifting the engine at its balance point (in the case
of the 912 anyway!)
