but the UK  Pound sign gets converted like that every time.  Something to do 
with the list server I think.

I'll try again!  10  pounds sterling or 2.50 sterling.  Is that better?.  I
did not  know that my pound signs were being converted into somethig silly by
aol.  How is this for a pound sign....=A3?
