Europa-List: mono wheel trailer

I put my Europa on my standard mono wheel trailer and now have it in my 
garage for all those odds and ends I have been wanting to tackle. It has 
been 4 years since I used the trailer and forgot how heavy it is to get it 
on. I don't have a winch but seems I could use one. Wondering what others 
are doing to make it easier to get on trailer? Winches? Other ? How did you 
mount? What is done to keep tail wheel from jumping the "track"? Thanks.
