I have the same problem myself. My understanding is that they are all that way.
We have been working with Bob Berube, who has probably seen more of them than
all of us put together. He told me that they are all off and that one of the
last operations is to use a string to mark them and cut off a little of the
TE to even it all up. I also found I that my ailerons were a little short which
I remedied by installing the wing fillet in the tip reversed and protruding
a quarter of an inch or so.
