Europa-List: Drilled brake Rotors (disks)

Does anyone know the legalities is drilled brake rotors, I weighed the
individual
rotor yesterday, and feel 2 pounds per rotor is a tad on the heavy side.
Having run
drilled stainless rotors for racing I feel a good weight saving could be
made here
