There was a company in the US who supplied stainless disks for EZs 
Unfortunately I don't know the grade but they were superb. The surface 
was dark grey, some sort of treatment.
They used to sell through ACS as a replacemnet for the awful Cleveland 
disks but I haven't seen them advertised for many years
