I had endless problems with my Jaymar cylinders, problems bleeding air,
sticking pistons etc. and eventually threw them away and replaced them with
a pair of Matco ones from the factory. I used the standard red brake fluid
in them and haven't had any problems since. Would not recommend using the
Jaymar based on my experience.

Subject: Europa-List: Finger Brakes
Hi
I'm a bit more advanced with my finger brake problem now but what has come
up is the quality of the original Jamar part and its suitability for the
Europa particularly if silicone based brake fluid has to be used.
It seems some owners have changed the Jamar products to modified toe brake
cylinders and then used standard red brake fluid.
Any information on this subject would be helpful.
