I do not know whether wobbling can cause the bolt to bend, but a hard nose-wheel
landing definitely can. I doubt that you can straighten the bent bolt without
risk of weakening the aluminum fork, so you may have to buy a new one from
Europa. I agree with Bob - you should check the nose gear thoroughly (including
the long gear leg and the bungee cord tension).
I had some wobbling on my first landing. Tightening the nut on top of the fork
bolt solved this, but I found the steering then to be harder then I preferred.
I have therefore used the vibration-dampening grease that Bob mentions, in
combination with the factory recommended tension of the nut. Apply the grease
only between the nose leg bearing and the friction disk, not inside the bearing.
This works great. I am away from home for three weeks, so I cannot give
you the name of the grease now. I bought it from USA - try an internet search.
You need only a small quantity, one application lasts for years.
