I have a classic, but the length of the aileron and flap foam blanks determined
the lengths. I had to reduce the outboard length of the aileron, and it reduced
the flange size for the closeout to the point where I wasn't happy with it,
so I cut it out, the closeout, and rebuilt a new one.
