Europa-List: Chattering brakes

I used the kit-furnished Jamar brake cylinders and Matco calipers. The brakes 
work
fine, but there is about 1/8 play if you wiggle the calipers, and they chatter
like crazy while in motion. If I exert just enough pressure to move the pucks
a little, the chatter disappears. It appears to me that there is too much
play in the calipers, but we checked the drawings, and everything is installed
properly. 

Any ideas?
