The Mod as sold by Graham has been replaced by Factory Mod 77.  You will find 
documentation
for Mod 77 on the new Club web site.  The dimension between the holes
on the CS34 is now 5 inches.

I believe that the 4 inch version was found to be unsatisfactory and both 5 and
6 inch versions tried.  The 5 inch has become the standard.
