David, I stand corrected on the take-off roll distance figures. I perceive the expected performance increase to be too little to justify having to re-apply for a new Noise Cert. Different words, but the exact same thing you are saying. That's why I wrote I did not expect *significant* performance gains for the way that I normally fly.
