Have just had a look, 3 groups of washers with central allen bolt,
the washers are in the groups are of different washer amounts, so this must be
the way they balance the PV50 prop.
Spinner is not alloy, looks like glass fibre, mounting seems quite ridged,
Fixed to back plate, and there is another fixing plate forward of the blades .
Back plate most probably not central.?
