It's not rocket science, even my grandchildren understood it when I ran it past
them.
If you are the sole owner you can train.
If you own as a group you can't, thus avoiding the possibility of forming a sham
group around a permit aircraft to all be able to learn to fly on the cheap.
If all else fails, read the AIC slowly and methodically, including the paragraph
numbers, and all will become clear.
