Had exactly the same issue. The doors were nearly impossible to close from the
outside, totally impossible from the inside. Found out though that if you leave
them locked for a few weeks, the seals settle and compact. No problem now! Will
still bolt a wooden knob on the inside back to be able to pull the back end
in.
