I will certainly do if the author of the original data approves it. I will ask
him.

A word of warning. The data I was provided was in the form of a number of Excel
spreadsheets that I imported into MS Access to create the required 
relationships.
---From there I can filter information to make the inventory process more 
manageable.
But what that means is that knowledge of MS Access is required.
