The Europa mono has been used as a tow plane ex Walter Binder built a Classic 
Europa monowheel with many mods, such as fuel tanks in the wings, a XS style 
tailwheel before Europa did it and flaps independent from gear, but yes he used 
it for towing gliders too. He is in Germany.
