Tunnel bulkhead

A dxf (TUNNTEMP.dxf) for making a standard removable bulkhead
as required for the tunnel has been sent to the FTP. It will need 
modifying for any LA mods. The version of the fuel pump  supplied was too 
large to put in-line with the filter easily so I have put them at 90 deg. 
It also carries the encouraging message "not for aviation use" ! This 
should be added to our growing set (the first being "this engine is 
liable to stop suddenly BY DESIGN" (my capitals), Rotax 912 manual.
