I agree. I used the Black & Decker flex. drive which sounds very similar to
the one described  -  similar in price too. The rigid handle, though, can be
levered back from the chuck to allow a very tight bend where its needed
most.
The small chuck makes it  ideal when you come to drill the wing fixings
(W18's) for the flap hinge brackets as they are VERY close to the under-side
of the wing !
