Europa Aircraft Company and Europa Aviation Inc.
We are delighted to announce that following a reorganisation of the Liberty
Aerospace plc group of companies, the assets of Europa Aircraft Company
Limited and Europa Aviation Inc have been acquired under an MBO (Management
Buy-Out) led by Europa's Managing Director, Keith Wilson. The MBO had the
unconditional support of the Liberty Group.
The transfer became effective on August 1st 2001 and the new companies trade
as Europa Management (International) Limited and Europa Management
(International) Inc., dba Europa Aircraft.
Business will continue as usual, with the new company continuing to support
all existing builders and flyers. However, we are not resting on our
laurels. Instead, we will continue to improve our levels of service and
operational efficiency.
Firstly, our worldwide Builder Support programme has been significantly
improved. Based in the UK, the new team led by Europa's Technical Director,
Andy Draper, will provide a reliable 24-hour, 7-day worldwide support

Product support for US builders can be obtained using this new team,
especially for those of you taking advantage of the latest inexpensive rates
to England. Clear Choice communications and MCI both offer 10 cents-a-minute
calls from the USA to the UK, these low rates often make it more
cost-effective to call the UK rather than Florida. However, product support
for all US builders may still be obtained by calling 1-863-647-5355 during
office hours and similar facilities are available for our West Coast
builders through Kim Prout at 1-909-920-3055.
Our US headquarters in Lakeland, Florida now operates as a Sales and Spares
Support location, with John Hurst heading the operation. John can be

Our Sales Agents in Australia, New Zealand, South Africa and Germany will
continue to support our successful worldwide sales efforts, which have now
reached well over 800 aircraft into 33 countries.

These are exciting times for Europa. With sales of the Monowheel and
Tri-gear variants continuing across the globe, production of the latest
Europa Motor Glider wings are being completed and deliveries are anticipated
