Hi all,
I spoke with Keith and John Hurst today and I came away with a very positive
feeling. The US office is going to refocus on customer service, while
having the builder support coming out of the UK. This is to give a more
consistent level of builders advice and support.
I for one wish them well and I only see good things coming from the
reorganization. Just as an aside, for those concerned about getting
builders support from the UK, don't be. Since I had brought my kit over
---From Australia I have always called the guys in the UK. Support from Andy
and the crew has been great.
