that same engineer should be able to then "thumbnail" how much glass
reinforcement goes underneath the little hole in the door sill to
return strength, no?<
That may well be the case but the PFA has only two engineers and they are
overworked as it is. They simply do not have the time to investigate this
themselves. If someone (who is a qualified engineer) wants to do the work
and present it to them they might entertain it.
