Europa-List: Old Question

This question has probably been answered many times before. Since I wasn't
in that stage of the build where it wasn't important  to me it most likely
went in one ear and out the other.  What is the consensus on the most
effective cleaner for removing the mold release from the outside of the
fuselage.   I started to sand some dry microed divots in my  vert stab and
the stuff started  flaking off when sanded.
