Oops...I meant 20" radius, not diameter.  Half-correct, unless grading "on the
curve" -- score zero. :-)  And come to think, while in digital logic my above
"or" statement is true, it's nonsense if not known which is true, which may have
been one reason I flunked Symbolic Logic in college.  But since I flunked,
I can't be sure of even that!
