Brian,

I found the dimpling caused by the screws were a significant effort to fill
and sand because a lot of that area is made up of compound curves.  Quite
frankly I wish I had never done it.

Tony Renshaw has recently installed his cockpit module, I suggest you
contact him for some best practices.
