If the brakes on the mono wheel are anything like those on our Tri - its
simple - use a syringe and a bit of tubing. Remove the bleed valve on the
master cylinder, fit the syringe to the bleed nipple on the wheel cylinder
using the short length of tubing and 'inject' the fluid until the syringe is
almost empty - then lock the nipple off and repeat until the master cylinder
is full.
Worked a treat for me - took about 10 minutes (plus an hour to find the
right size tubing).
