J=FCrgen=2C You may already have done this=2C but the first thing to check is the fuel flow to the engine. You disconnectthe fuel hose from the mechanical pump=2C and then =2C with the electric pump on=2C you pump fuel for 30 seconds int o a container. From that you compute the fuel flow . If it looks good=2C th en the problem will either be the mechanical pump or in the fuel lines to t he carbs=2C or the return line. Check the bleed back restrictor is correctly installed=2C particular ly check also that the bleed back is after the mechanical fuel pump. The mechanics from the workshop insist it=C2=B4s all about fuel pressure. But how hard can it be to verify this? I will take my Europa home and check it with patience step by step.
