Good morning Carl,
I've called Bad Drkheim and they told me, that they cannot clear immigration 
there
unfortunately, so Hahn might be an option (however rather expensive AFAIK),
Saarbrcken EDDR, or maybe indeed Le Touquet, as Jon suggested. A note concerning
Zweibrcken, they are PPR for all flights.
