We have had some problems with mono tubes.  I wrote an article in EF103 that 
details our experience.  It is difficult to find a the proper size tube with a  
90 deg valve stem.  We now use nothing but Aero Classic P/N GL7087 tubes. We 
get them from Desser.  Here is the link:
