Rapco pads work well and we are now using Matco pads.  They are a little less 
aggressive material.

You photos look like the head of the rivet is on the plate.  Most instructions 
call for the head to be on the pad so there is more area touching the pad 
itself.  Small point for future reference.  We've done them both ways!
