> _Nick, I'm just now using the template for fitting the flaps. I find that
the measurements quoted in the manual are good at the leading edge but a
little out towards the trailing edge. I had to use a spacer to allow for
later panel fitting. It then follows the wing shape pretty well.
Incidentally I used a flexible drive on my B&D (which was itself mounted on
a block of wood) to drill the holes in W18's etc. This allowed me to drill
horizontally as close as 1/2" to the wing surface.
