Jumbo? Well, it isn't obvious, but the placement of the tank is very
critical. Especially in terms of still being able to get the wing spars in
after
completion. That wide area at the top of the tank (bottom as you perform this
task) must not interfere with the insertion of the spars. If you search the
archive I believe you will find numerous posts where this issue is discussed.
Installing the tank is a huge pain, and will take some clever work by you to get
it done correctly. Those full width lay-ups are especially difficult. For part
of it I used a tough piece of cardboard, covered in packing tape (duct tape
works
too), and folded it to fit in that full width lay-up area. It held the bid in
place during the cure. Then I was able to pull it out. The result was a
perfectly straight and beautiful lay-up.
