The only problem is that there usually is no time to sort these things out
when the trouble occurs. Instant decision to get the aircraft back on the
ground immediately is what's needed. If you wait long enough to assess what
has gone wrong, its too late. The mistake I made unfortunately, or so I
suspect. I have no memory of the events surrounding my accident.
